Welcome back to Day 2 of the Oriental Poker Championships (OPC) Macau where there have been a few changes to the schedule to accommodate a larger than expected field. The OPC Main Event attracted a total of 513 entries (including re-entries) over the three starting Day 1 flights; two standard Day 1a and 1b flights, and a third turbo 1c flight. The 257 survivors from these three flights have been divided into two Day 2 flights.

Day 2a will see the 66 Day 1A survivors combine with the 127 Day 1b survivors, with the 193 returning players returning to action at 1pm local time on Saturday, 26 May.

Out of the 107 Turbo Day 1c flight's initial entries, 64 players made it through and the 64 survivors will be coming back for Day 2b at a slightly later start time of 2pm, with the fields combining at a later time when there is enough table space to accommodate everyone. Player lists and the respective Day 2 Seat Draws for both 2A and 2B will be included below.

The man leading the field overall is Day 1b frontrunner, China's Dong Kimi, who will be returning for Day 2A with a stack of 218,200. China's Xiao Shizi (189,100) and Feng Shun Yan (186,300) round out the tournament's top three stacks, and will all be returning for Day 2a.

Other big stacks include Jeho Lee (159,200) and the Korean player will be looking to repeat chance, having won the 2017 Suncity Cup Main Event for US$205,528 right here at the tournament tables Venetian Macau Hotel & Resort.

More notables returning for Day 2 include Hong Kong's Danny Tang (77,300), and Sam Wu (47,200), who both made it through to Day 2b.

Other returning Day 2a qualifiers include Hong Kong's Carson Wong (128,600), Thailand's most successful tournament player Phanlert Sukonthchartnant (94,200), The USA's Benjamin Hamnett (80,200), China's Alvan Zheng (32,900), and OPC High Roller final tablists Albert Paik (90,700), Wenling Gao (63,100) and Victor Chong (42,000).
