The numbers are in and the 513 OPC Main Event entries have smashed the HKD $5-million guarantee, generating a prize pool of HKD $7,464,200 (~US$951,400) with the top 63 places paying out and a min-cash good for HK$27,600.
Nobody will be aiming for that though, and all remaining players will have their eye on the HKD $1,451,000 (~US$185,000) top prize, which the winner will be walking away with, in addition to the trophy and title, plus bragging rights for becoming the first-ever Oriental Poker Championship Champion, which is priceless.
