A Broken Chip and a Chair
Something pretty remarkable happened on Table #25 just now.
The player in early position limped in, the player on the button raised to 42,000 and the player in the small blind shoved all in. The first player folded and the player on the button called.

In general, this would seem like a pretty standard situation. The board ran out 
- the ten on the river ensured the win for the player in the small. The player on the button was clearly not happy when the ten fell as he slammed the table in anger. When the chips were being counted out, they discovered that one of his brown 10,000-valued chip had broken.
The tournament director was called to the table to assess the situation. He looked at it and asked for the broken chip so he could replace it. The player on the button is not out but did double up the other player.
