Spinks Eliminated After Bizarre Shove

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Keith Johnson raised to 2,500 from under the gun and picked up two callers. According to Chris Brammer, Gary Spinks was in the small blind and he quickly moved all in for 76,000. Bramer would know what happened because he was in the big blind and reshipped for over 200,000 forcing the other three players out of the hand.

According to Brammer, and confirmed by the table, Spinks had held {9-}{2-} off-suit while Brammer had {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}. The board ran out clean sending Spinks to the rail and moving Brammer's stack comfortably over the 300,000 mark.
