Julius Takes a Line

Level 35 : 150,000/300,000, 40,000 ante

Kyle Julius raised to 600,000 to open the action from the small blind, and Faraz Jaka defended his big to see a flop. He was working with {K-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds}, but it would be Julius' {A-Clubs} {9-Hearts} that smashed the flop.

It came {A-Hearts} {5-Hearts} {7-Hearts}, and Julius gave up the lead with a sneaky check. Jaka took his cue to bet 675,000, and Julius naturally called to see the turn. It was the {6-Diamonds}, and now Jaka checked it back with the {Q-Diamonds} rivering. Julius bet 1.02 million, and Jaka quickly laid it down.

Julius has just inched back in the chip lead once again.
