Ventura Gets a Penalty

Level 30 : 50,000/100,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #17: Diego Ventura opened to 225,000 on the button with {k-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} but folded to the shove of Juan Martin Pastor, who had {4-}{4-} in the blinds.

Hand #18: Pastor jammed the button with {3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and both blinds snap-folded.

Hand #19: Kevin Schulz opened for a raise on the button and called a three-bet to 600,000 from Kornuth, who had {k-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}. Schulz had {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}, and both missed the {j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{8-Hearts} flop. Both checked, seeing the {2-Hearts} hit the turn. Kornuth won with a turn bet.

Hand #20: This hand wasn't broadcast.

Hand #21: Kornuth raised the cutoff to 240,000 with {a-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and took it down.

Hand #22: Kornuth raised with {j-Clubs}{10-Hearts} under the gun, and Schulz defended the big blind with {j-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. The {k-Spades}{9-Hearts}{10-Spades} flop brought a little for Schulz and a lot for Kornuth with a pair and a gutter. Both checked, and the {6-Hearts} turn gave Schulz two draws. He decided to fire out 425,000, and Kornuth mucked.

Diego Ventura just got a two-hand penalty for getting up and going to the bathroom before it was on him, while cards were still in front of him.
