Welcome to the $50,000 No-Limit Hold'em Single-Day High Roller of the PokerStars Carribbean Adventure 2019.
At the 2018 PokerStars Carribbean Adventure, Steve O'Dwyer took down this event after outlasting a 46-entry field. Just six players made the money including Erik Seidel and Benjamin Pollak. O'Dwyer ended up defeating Byron Kaverman heads-up to take home $769,500.
When action gets underway at 12:30 p.m., players will start with 100,000 in chips. Levels will be of 30 minutes. There will be a 15-minute break every four levels and a 80-minute break at the completion of Level 12. This event features unlimited re-entries and late registration will close at the start of Level 9.
There is also a 30-second shot clock governing the event. At the start of the play, each player will receive six time bank cards with a value of 30 seconds that they can use to get some more time to think. Players who make the final table will receive three additional time bank cards.
This is a one-day event. However, in the event the tournament is not finished by 4:00 a.m., play will resume on the following day at 12:00 p.m. or as announced.
