Vicent Bosca
Vicent Bosca

Hand #116: Scott Wellenbach raised to 300,000 with the {K-Clubs}{J-Hearts} and scooped the blinds and big blind ante in the first hand after coming back from the break.

Hand #117: Daniel Strelitz min-raised first to act with {A-Spades}{9-Clubs} and Chino Rheem called from one seat over with the {A-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}. Vicent Bosca in the small blind glanced at {6-Spades}{6-Hearts} and three-bet all in for 2,655,000. Strelitz folded and Rheem asked for a count before letting go.

Hand #118: Wellenbach in the small blind moved all in from the small blind with {A-Spades}{9-Hearts} and Strelitz folded {Q-Diamonds}{9-Spades} in the big blind.

Hand #119: Wellenbach made it 300,000 on the button with {J-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and Rheem came along in the big blind with {K-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}. On the {5-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Spades} flop, Rheem checked and quickly folded to a bet worth 400,000 by the Canadian online qualifier.

Hand #120: Bosca limped in with {Q-Spades}{J-Diamonds} and Rheem called out of the small blind with {4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}, Pavel Veksler checked {J-Hearts}{9-Hearts} in the big blind. The flop of {K-Spades}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and Rheem bet 300,000, Veksler and Bosca both called.

The {8-Spades} followed on the turn and the action now checked to Bosca, who checked behind with his gutshot. On the {Q-Clubs} river, Rheem checked and Veksler grabbed some chips, but opted to check. Bosca also checked and won the pot.

Hands #112-115: Bosca Starts Limping; Break

Level 29 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Hand #112: Daniel Strelitz raised to 200,000 from under the gun with {A-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and Scott Wellenbach defended his big blind with {J-Spades}{10-Clubs}. The {K-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{7-Spades} flop prompted a check from Wellenbach. Strelitz bet 200,000 with his flush draw and Wellenbach check-called the double belly buster.

The {8-Hearts} on the turn completed Wellenbach's straight and both players checked. Wellenbach bet 500,000 on the {K-Hearts} river and Strelitz folded.

Hand #113: Wellenbach had {Q-Hearts}{J-Hearts} in the small blind and raised to 400,000. Strelitz had {A-Clubs}{5-Spades} in the big blind and three-bet shoved for 2,940,000. Wellenbach asked for a count but folded shortly after.

Hand #114: Vicent Bosca limped {K-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} in on the cutoff, Wellenbach limped the button with {4-Spades}{2-Spades}, Strelitz had {A-Spades}{J-Clubs} in the small blind and punished the limpers with a raise to 550,000. Chino Rheem folded {Q-}{J-} in the big blind, and the limpers also folded.

Hand #115: Bosca limped with {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} first to act, Rheem completed {A-Hearts}{6-Clubs} in the small blind and Pavel Veksler checked {A-Spades}{8-Hearts}.

The {K-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} flop missed everyone and Bosca won with a bet of 275,000.

After the hand, the players went on a 20-minute break.

Hands #107-111: Kings for Wellenbach Once More; Bosca Folds Best Hand

Level 29 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Scott Wellenbach
Scott Wellenbach

Hand #107: Daniel Strelitz opened to 200,000 with {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} and Pavel Veksler on the button asked to see the stack of Strelitz before three-betting to 550,000 with the {9-Spades}{8-Spades}. Scott Wellenbach in the big blind four-bet all in for 2,475,000 with {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds} to pick up urgently needed chips without any call.

Chino Rheem inquired what hand Wellenbach had, who admitted that it "may have been the same hand."

Hand #108: After an interview with Wellenbach, the action returned to the final table and Strelitz in the big blind bet the {J-Hearts}{6-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} turn with {A-Spades}{6-Hearts}, Vicent Bosca folded {8-Diamonds}{7-Spades} on the button.

Hand #109: Wellenbach opened the button to 250,000 with {A-Spades}{2-Hearts} and Rheem came along from the big blind with {Q-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}. Neither player hit anything on the {J-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{4-Diamonds} flop and they checked through to the {8-Hearts} turn. Rheem bet 500,000 and Wellenbach folded.

Hand #110: Strelitz raised the button to 200,000 with {A-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and Veksler in the big blind three-bet once more, making it 750,000 to go with the {K-Diamonds}{2-Spades}. Strelitz folded once more and Veksler chipped up to more than 50 big blinds.

Hand #111: Rheem raised the button to 225,000 with {8-Spades}{7-Clubs} and Vicent Bosca called in the big blind with {A-Spades}{9-Hearts}. On the {K-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} flop, Bosca double-checked his cards and checked, prompting a near instant bet of 400,000 by Rheem. Bosca called and the {5-Hearts} followed on the turn, which both players checked.

The {K-Clubs} river paired the board for the second time and Bosca bet 600,000, Rheem raised to 1,500,000 and Bosca folded.

Hands #105-106: Veksler Shoves on Rheem, Bosca Doubles Through Rheem

Level 29 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Chino Rheem
Chino Rheem

Hand #105: Rheem limped in with {9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} in the small blind and Pavel Veklser checked {K-Spades}{4-Spades}. The {9-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Spades} flop was amazing for Veksler, as he flopped a flush to Rheem's two pair. Rheem bet 150,000 and Veksler just called.

On the {Q-Diamonds} turn, Rheem bet 425,000 and Veksler came out of the woodworks with a raise to 1,100,000. Rheem gave it some thought before calling.

The river was the {A-Hearts} and Rheem checked. Veksler shoved all in for 2,660,000, Rheem asked for a count and needed three of his time bank cards to come to a decision.

"I can only beat a bluff. I flopped two pair bro," Rheem said to Veksler, who didn't respond. "Queen-nine, seven-eight," Rheem mumbled. He shook his head and eventually folded his hand correctly.

"You bluffed me? You did, hah, you smiling. I let you live," Rheem said to Veksler, before starting a verbal barrage.

"It's okay, buddy, but this is not the way to stick to the plan by the way, I'm just gonna remind you. You're f*cking that up, it's annoying me right now. Pavel's crazy bro, he's a crazy f*cking Ukranian, he can have it. Think I don't know you're crazy? I flopped two pair, nine-five, that's what I had," Rheem concluded his monologue, all while Veksler was only smiling.

"Nice hand. Well played, best hand or not," he added.

"Maybe children watch this," Veksler finally responded.

"Sorry, I apologize for the profanity kids. I love the little kids. Chino says sorry," Rheem said while waving his hand.

Hand #106: Daniel Strelitz raised to 200,000 from the cutoff with {A-Clubs}{5-Clubs}. Chino Rheem three-bet to 800,000 on the button with {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}. Veksler folded {7-}{7-} in the small blind.

Bosca woke up with {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds} in the big blind and four-bet shoved for 2,095,000. Strelitz got out of the way and Rheem, priced in, made the call.

The board ran out {4-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{8-Spades}{J-Hearts} and Bosca's ace-king held up for a double.

Hands #100-104: Rheem Pulls Further Away

Level 29 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Hand #100: Daniel Strelitz raised to 200,000 in the cutoff with {8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and Chino Rheem called on the button with {A-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}. Pavel Veksler three-bet to 875,000 from the big blind with {Q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} and got two folds.

Hand #101: Scott Wellenbach raised to 250,000 with {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds} and Chino Rheem called on the button with the {4-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}. The flop came {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and Wellenbach check-called a bet of 400,000 before they ended up checking through the {3-Diamonds} turn and the Jh] river.

Rheem scooped yet another pot and now holds almost three times the stack of second-placed Veksler,

Hand #102: Veksler jammed the button with {6-Spades}{6-Clubs} and Vicent Bosca folded {A-Hearts}{6-Hearts} in the small blind, as did Wellenbach with the {J-Hearts}{5-Hearts} in the big blind.

Hand #103: Veksler raised the cutoff to 200,000 with {A-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and Bosca did so from the button with {Q-Spades}{J-Diamonds}. Wellenbach in the small blind used one time bank and moved all in for just shy of 20 big blinds with {K-Hearts}{K-Clubs}. Veksler and Bosca folded and Wellenbach claimed back a few chips.

Hand #104: A walk for Rheem.

Brian Altman Eliminated in 6th Place ($297,020)

Brian Altman
Brian Altman

Hand #99: Brian Altman raised to 200,000 first to act with the {A-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} and Chino Rheem in the big blind three-bet to 700,000 with {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}. Altman shipped all in for 3,200,000 and the snap-call by Rheem followed.

The {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Clubs} flop was of no help, while the {3-Hearts} turn provided some additional outs. However, it was niot meant to be as the {10-Spades} river ended Altman's run in 6th place for $297,020.

Hand #98: Miracle River Saves Strelitz

Level 29 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Daniel Strelitz
Daniel Strelitz

Hand #98: Everyone folded to Scott Wellenbach in the small blind, who raised to 400,000 with {A-Spades}{J-Hearts}. Strelitz three-bet shoved all in for 2,010,000 with {3-Spades}{3-Clubs}.

"Ooh, you might do that and I was wondering what I was gonna do," Wellenbach said, quickly followed by a call.

"Chino, should I have called there?" Wellenbach wondered.

"I would've called," Rheem responded. "Win or lose, you did nothing wrong in the hand. Neither did he."

"Understood," Wellenbach nodded.

The {9-Spades}{4-Clubs}{9-Clubs} flop kept Strelitz' pair ahead but added counterfeit outs for Wellenbach. The turn was one of the original cards Wellenbach needed, the {A-Hearts}, giving him a commanding lead in the hand. Strelitz was reduced to just the red threes to survive and caught the {3-Hearts} on the river to send his rail into a frenzy.

"Ooh, let's go!" the rail including Niall Farrell yelled. "Give me some of that," Strelitz said, pointing at Farrell's beverage, and he quickly took a sip.

Hands #92-97: Two Streets of Value for Rheem

Level 29 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Chino Rheem
Chino Rheem

Hand #92: Chino Rheem raised to 225,000 with {A-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and Scott Wellenbach called in the big blind with {A-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}. The flop brought {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and Wellenbach check-called a bet of 300,000. He also checked the {K-Clubs} turn with Rheem checking behind.

The {9-Hearts} river paired the board and Wellenbach check-called a bet of 400,000 to chop the pot.

Hand #93: A button raise by Vicent Bosca with the {10-Clubs}{8-Hearts} won the blinds and big blind ante.

Hand #94: Pavel Veksler raised to 200,000 with {A-Clubs}{8-Hearts} and found no resistance.

Hand #95: Rheem limped the small blind with {7-Spades}{5-Spades} and Brian Altman checked in the big blind with {Q-Spades}{2-Hearts}. Rheem min-bet the {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}{5-Hearts} flop for 100,000 and Altman released his cards.

Hand #96: Wellenbach raised to 250,000 with the {Q-Spades}{J-Diamonds} and Rheem flat-called on the button with {A-Spades}{7-Spades}. Both flopped a pair on {A-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and Wellenbach checked, Rheem bet 300,000 and received a call. The {8-Clubs} turn was checked by Wellenbach and Rheem made it 400,000 to go, which Wellenbach called.

On the {3-Spades} river, both players checked and Rheem tabled the winning hand.

Hand #97: Brian Altman raised to 220,000 from the cutoff with {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}. Pavel Veksler three-bet to 525,000 on the button with {J-Spades}{9-Spades}. Altman saw through it and four-bet shoved for 2,425,000, netting a snap-fold from the Ukranian.

Hands #87–91: Wellenbach Double Barrels

Level 29 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Scott Wellenbach
Scott Wellenbach

Hand #87: Vicent Bosca raised to 220,000 on the button with {K-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and Daniel Strelitz defended {J-Clubs}{7-Hearts}. The {K-Clubs}{J-Spades}{4-Spades} flop gave both players a pair; Strelitz checked, Bosca bet 200,000, and Strelitz called.

The {9-Spades} turn prompted checks from both players, albeit Bosca used a time bank card before checking. The {5-Hearts} on the river improved Bosca to kings up. Strelitz checked, Bosca bet 580,000, Strelitz considered turning his hand into a bluff but, after using a time bank card, decided not to and folded his hand.

Hand #88: Pavel Veksler found {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts} in middle position and raised to 200,000. Bosca folded {K-Diamonds}{J-Hearts} in the cutoff, Chino Rheem called with {Q-Spades}{7-Spades} in the big blind.

The {K-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{4-Spades} had nothing for Rheem and he mucked after facing a 175,000 bet.

Hand #89: Scott Wellenbach raised to 250,000 from the cutoff with {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and Brian Altman defended {9-Diamonds}{8-Spades}. Altman paired up on the {K-Spades}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop and checked to Wellenbach. The man from Halifax bet 350,000 and Altman called.

The turn was the {A-Spades} and Altman checked. Wellenbach fired a second barrel worth 800,000 and Altman folded the best hand.

Hand #90: Bosca raised to 220,000 under the gun with {9-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. Rheem three-bet to 700,000 on the button holding {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} and Bosca folded.

Hand #91: Altman made it 220,000 on the button with {Q-Hearts}{J-Clubs} and Bosca defended {7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}. The all-spade {K-Spades}{J-Spades}{8-Spades} flop made Bosca fold to a bet of 200,000.
