Some Jams But No Calls

Level 20 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Aleksejs Ponakovs started open-shoving and the stack of Kathy Lehne and Dan Smith started to plummet. Adrian Mateos then three-bet jammed into a min-raise by Ponakovs, who quickly folded.

Shortly after in the last hand of the level, a min-raise to 50,000 by Isaac Haxton emerged and Lehne pushed for 315,000 on the button. Smith was in the big blind and tanked before he tossed in one additional chip, thinking he'd call the min-raise. Haxton folded and the dealer announced "showdown please" after which Smith realized the error.

The floor was called and Smith's 50,000 were in the middle for certain but he didn't commit most of his chips to look up Lehne for an expensive "missclick".
