. His luck seems to have been rather poor so far today, though -- he murmured, "Please, please..." as the {Q-Spades}

on the river.

Rasmus Gandrup has decided to take no prisoners. He was last spotted moving all in for 3,000 preflop with no action before him. On this occasion, he snapped up the blinds uncontested.

Meanwhile, Manuel Brunnsteiner just picked up a nice pot. He pushed over the top of Eduard Borochov's 325 bet on a {6-Clubs}

flop for a total of for 1,700. Borochov passed his hand.

Fashionably Late

Just appeared in the cardroom, one red-faced Liv Boeree, fresh off the slopes.

"I got in 6 hours' skiing today," she said cheerfully, "And now I have five big blinds."

Sure enough, she wasted no time in getting all her remaining chips in the middle, shoving from the big blind when Michael Kainz made the mistake of limping in from the small blind. He passed, and Boeree is now up to the heady heights of six big blinds.

I joined the action with Rasmus Gandrup (who seems to be one of the more active players here today), all in for around 5,500 after an initial raise of 1,000. One player was complimenting, "Good speech", so I imagine Gandrup's all in wasn't a swift one.

Nevertheless, his opponent made the fold, leading to Gandrup asking, "So, what did you have?" "I don't remember," answered his opponent, perhaps influenced by a popular Rounders scene. "Already?" replied Gandrup. "You're getting old."
