Kenneth Damm has been eliminated from the 2009 PokerNews Cup Main Event at the hands of Joe Cabret.
With the flop reading , Damm moved the last of his short stack into the middle with , only to see Cabret call him down with .
The turn of the saw Damm soar further in front with two pair but he wasn't happy with the flush draw possibilities. "That's not good," he cried as he put his hands over his face.
It wasn't good at all - the dealer produced the on the river to give Cabret the flush and send Damm to the rail.
We just caught Peter Aristidou as he was heading away from the table after being eliminated by Emad Tahtouh.
According to Aristidou he called a raise from Tahtouh preflop. He then check called the flop and turn for 1,600 and 2,500 chips respectively. The river was a brick and Aristidou check-called all in, when Tahtouh moved in.
Tahtouh tabled and Aristidou mucked his hand. Tahtouh moves up to about 46,000.
