Chip Counts Table 2; Plesuv Grabs the Chip Lead

Level 11 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

In a button versus small blind hand, Pavel Plesuv dragged a massive pot off Luc Greenwood. Plesuv held {A-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and called a 175,000 river bet from Greenwood on {9-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{A-Spades}. Greenwood had {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds} and had to part with a large amount of his stack.

Bonanata Drags From Zoufri

Level 11 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Marcelo Bonanata
Marcelo Bonanata

Hakim Zoufri defended his big blind against an early open from Marcelo Bonanata. On the {Q-Spades}{J-Clubs}{4-Hearts} flop, Zoufri checked, Bonanata bet 25,000, Zoufri check-raised to 58,000, and Bonanata called. Zoufri continued 48,000 on the {J-Spades} turn and the Uruguayan called again.

The river was the {10-Hearts} and Zoufri check-called 60,000 from Bonanata, who triumphantly slammed {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} open for queens full.

Mateos Doubles; Greenwood Doesn't

Level 11 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Adrian Mateos
Adrian Mateos

Ben Tollerene called the shove of Adrian Mateos for 74,000 and had the Spaniard at risk with {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}.

Mateos flipped over {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and had to endure a sweat with the board running out {Q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}.

Shortly after, Sam Greenwood three-bet shoved from the small blind and initial raiser Hakim Zoufri called from the button.

Sam Greenwood: {A-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}
Hakim Zoufri: {A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}

The {J-Spades}{7-Spades}{5-Clubs} flop left Greenwood in desperate shape and he was eliminated when the {9-Clubs} appeared on the turn. A meaningless {7-Diamonds} river completed the board and the remaining 16 players will now redraw to the last two tables.
