Andy Spears rarely gets his chips in behind, and even when he does he finds a way to win. A player raised to 6,000 from under the gun and Spears defended his big blind to see a flop. Spears bet 8,600 and his opponent called. On the

Jimmy Thomson opened to 7,500, a player shoved for 40,600 from directly behind, and Nick Walker cold-called from the small blind. Thomson called behind, and the three players saw a flop with more than 120,000 already in the middle. Walker shoved for around 70,000, and Thomson tank-folded before opening for top pair top kicker. Walker showed
for the same hand with a flush draw, and the player in Seat 10 needed help with his
