Raimondi Zawacki II

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante
Jason Zawacki
Jason Zawacki

Peter Raimondi and Jason Zawacki just can't seem to get enough of each other.

Moments ago they were back at it again with Zawaki all in for his tournament life and 12,500 chips with a pot of some 18,000 sitting in the middle. The board read {4-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{4-Spades}{9-Diamonds} and after a good minute or two in the tank, Raimondi called with {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}

This time Zawaki had it, felting {4-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} for trip fours. The river came the {2-Diamonds} and Zawaki doubled through.

Davis Getting it Done

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

After trending downwards the past two levels, Rob Davis has quickly jumped back into contention.

His good run started with a four-bet shove for some 19,000 total that never got called and it continued a hand later when Nicholas Goetz raised the cutoff to 1,600 into his big blind.

Davis made it 3,800 and after Goetz folded to hand him the pot, Davis showed two aces.

Raimondi Ruling

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

Fresh off a deep run in the 2015 WSOP Main Event hat saw him finish 264th for $34,157, Grimsby, Ontario, Canada's Peter Raimondi is back at Seneca Niagara and toying with the competition.

After he checked the turn on a {2-Spades}{9-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{10-Clubs} board with a decent pot in the middle already, early chip leader Jason Zawacki led out for 5,000. A third player in the hand let it go before Raimondi check-raised to 10,000. Zawaki called, but when the {3-Clubs} river came down and Raimondi fired 7,000 chips at it, Zawaki mucked.

Raimondo showed {8-Diamonds}{6-Spades} for the air ball.

Hold'em With Holman

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante
Debbie Holman
Debbie Holman

Whitby, Ontario, Canada's Debbie Holman has been the beneficiary of some good fortune to start this second flight.

She made a straight over two pair to drag a big pot and has picked up a number of smaller ones thanks to a more than friendly table full of what she calls "non-believers."

They'll likely be believing now that she's on triple the starting stack and among the early leaders.
