John Gallaher
John Gallaher

John Gallaher raised prelfop, Jeremy Lyons jammed all in from the small blind and Gallaher called.

It was a race with Gallaher at risk holding {10-}{10-} vs the {a-Spades}{q-Spades} of Lyons.

The flop sent Lyons ahead as it came down {q-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}. The turn was the {2-} and the river the {k-} and Gallaher was gone shortly after dinner.

Bauer Takes More From Shing

Level 15 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Alain Bauer
Alain Bauer

Shortly before dinner, Alain Bauer took a decent pot from Philip Shing to overtake the chip lead and after dinner they were jousting again as action was picked up on the river with the board reading {6-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}.

From the big blind, Bauer bet 200,000 into a pot of around 300,000. Shing was in the cutoff and thought for a while before trickling down the chips for the call as Bauer tabled the {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs} monster, while Shing was in the middle of calling as he knew those chips would not be coming back to him after the hand.

Imejjane Hits One-Outer to Survive

Level 15 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Badr Imejjane
Badr Imejjane

Blake Barousse raised from the cutoff, Badr Imejjane three-bet from the button, it folded back around to Barousse who four-bet jammed and Imejjane called.

Imejjane was at risk with the {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} vs the {a-Spades}{4-Spades} of Barousse.

The flop came about as good as Barousse could have hoped for as it came {j-Spades}{a-Hearts}{8-Spades} to pair the ace and eliminate the queen of spades as an out. The turn was the {4-Clubs} and just when things were looking completely bleak for Imejjane, the {q-Clubs} one-outer binked off to keep him in the game and leave Barousse short stacked with about six big blinds which he would lose the rest of just a couple of hands later.

The turn was the {7-Clubs} both players checked it. The river came the {2-Clubs}. Weng led for a small bet of 12,000 which Jattin called.
