Salazar Takes Out Shriki to Burst the Bubble

Level 15 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Action picked up on the flop with three players in the hand. Shlomi Shriki checked, and Andrew Ostapchenko bet 25,000. Aden Salazar called. Back to Shriki who announced all in for 134,000 which grabbed the attention of the observing gallery.

Ostapchenko thought briefly before folding, but Salazar snapped called. "Alright, flip them up," announced the tournament director.

Shriki revealed the {j-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for the flush draw, but Salazar had him in rough shape with the {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for the better flush draw and top pair. Shriki paired his four on the turn but was left unimproved on the river to be the bubble boy.

Salazar scooped the pot to finish his incredible late push that left him as today's chip leader.
