William Givens just got all in for 76,000 with on a queen-high flop. Unfortunately for him, his opponent held for top two, but Givens spiked an ace on the turn to turn a likely bust into a big double.
After two players limped in, Matt Alexander raised to 34,000 in the cutoff. Action folded back to Lou Mortellaro, who shoved all in after limping from early position. The third player folded, and Alexander called off his last 300.

Mortellaro found himself in a great spot with a dominating hand, and he held on the board.
At another table, Kou Vang was eliminated in a hand we didn't see.
After fourth street had made the board , Reza Yazdi shoved all in from the big blind against Luke Amrein, who was under the gun.
"He said he's all in?" Amrein asked the dealer. "I call."

Yazdi had been semi-bluffing with an open-ended straight draw, but Amrein snapped it with top-top. His hand held on the river, and Yazdi shipped another 19,700 to his left.
We found a player under the gun contemplating an all-in shove from Teresa Hemingway on a board. The player had bet 5,500 and Hemingway had put him at risk for his last 38,000 or so. Someone called a clock after a few minutes, and the player called after the tournament director was about to begin the countdown.

The player had made the right read, but Hemingway spiked the on the river to make trips, and the under-the-gun players silently grabbed his coat and backpack and exited the area.
Roger Martin opened for 3,000 under the gun and Blake Bohn jammed his 25,800 from middle position. Action folded back to Martin, who thought briefly before calling.

Martin found no help on the runout, and Bohn doubled through his old tormenter.
Aaron Frei opened for 2,700 in the cutoff, and Matt Alexander shipped it for 17,800 in the small blind. After contemplating briefly, Frei made the call.

Neither player had much, but Frei's king high stayed best on the flop. A turn left Alexander very likely to double though, and he did just that when the fell.
