Fall Poker Classic/Ultimate Overlay Set To Kick Off at Canterbury Park

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

The Canterbury Park Fall Poker Classic is set to kick off in just two weeks. This year’s event, which runs October 4-20, features more than 30 different tournaments, including five two-day events, and an estimated total prize pool of over $2 million.

“The Fall Poker Classic is the region’s premier poker event,” said Michael Hochman, Sr. Director of Card Casino Operations at Canterbury Park. “We’re excited to welcome players from around the country and the world to Canterbury Park and have them experience first-hand our reputation of great service and a professionally run poker event.”

A few event highlights include a $230 Tag Team No-Limit Hold'em Event, a $340 H.O.R.S.E. event and, of course, the $1,100 Main Event. Additionally, this year’s "King of the Classic" for both daytime and evening events will win an Ante Up cruise package with a balcony room.

Of course, if you’re looking to build your bankroll for the FPC, don’t miss this year’s $100,000 Guaranteed Ultimate Overlay tournament. You can take your shot at the $100,000 prize pool for just $130. The tournament is limited to 850 people, so get your seat now. Action kicks off with four separate Day 1s running nightly at 6:30 p.m. local time from September 27 to October 1. Day 2 returns at noon on October 2.

With the Ultimate Overlay and the Fall Poker Classic just weeks away, the action at Canterbury Park is about to heat up.

Canterbury Park is located just 25 minutes from the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport. Players must be 18 to play at Canterbury Park.
