Flopped Quads Allows Foster to Double Big
Level 16
: 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Nader Wahdan opened for 9,000 under the gun and Doug Foster called from the hijack. Bryan Johnson came along from the button, as did James Wilson from the big blind, and four players saw a flop. Wilson checked, Wahdan continued for 16,000, and Foster just called.
Johnson then raised all in, Wilson and Wahdan both folded, and Foster snap-called off for 96,000 total.

Foster had flopped quads, which meant Johnson needed running kings to win. The turn took away any shot of that happening, and Foster was pushed the pot after the was run out on the river. Johnson was left with just 4,000 after the hand.
