Zamani Nears the Chip Lead
Martin Zamani was in the big blind and defended versus an open to 350,000 from Salim Admon, who was on the button. The flop came and Zamani check-called a continuation-bet of 300,000 from Admon.
Action went check-check on the turn and the river came . Zamani checked again and Admon put out a bet of 500,000. Moments later, Zamani slid in a stack of chips worth 100,000 apiece for a raise to 2 million, sending Admon into thought for a little bit before putting one more chip on top to call.
Zamani confirmed Admon called and Admon said he did, resulting in Zamani tabling for the turned second-nut flush. Admon mucked.
With the pot, Zamani is just shy of 14 million and only 1 million behind Admon for the chip lead as three-handed play continues with a handful of minutes remaining in Level 30.
