Nickolas Storm opened for 5,500 and Zoran Mitic made the call in position. A player from the blinds over called and the flop came .
Action checked to Storm who made a continuation bet. Mitic min raised to 12,000 and the player in the blinds cold called. Storm now pushed all in and Mitic called all in. The player in the blinds folded after some thinking.
Zoran Mitic:
Nickolas Storm:
Storm needed to dodge diamonds and was already safe when the hit the turn. The
on the river was a blank and Storm eliminated Mitic.

Mike Hill had about the worst start of a day a player can have nightmares of. We're not entirely sure what happened after he lost with aces to nines, but we are sure he's not competing anymore.

Minutes ago we wrote we had no idea what had happened to Mike Hill, but we just ran into him on the rail and he told us exactly what had gone down.
Apparently Hill found aces again and shoved all in after a raise and a call. Hill's 35,000 shove got reshoved on by the initial raiser who tabled after the caller folded.
Hill was in good shape to double up, but two spades on the flop and a spade on the river spoiled his party. Hill started the day with 163,000 but is down and out right now.

Francois Dur has been eliminated from the tournament. We just caught him getting it all in from the blinds and Claus Rejnholdt Carlsen was the one looking him up from late position.
Claus Rejnholdt Carlsen:
Francois Dur:
Dur had some catching up to do but wouldn't find enough help.
The flop gave him some hope of chopping the pot, and the
on the turn even gave him some additional outs for winning it, but the
on the river was a blank and that meant the end of the road for Dur.

The first twenty-minute break of the day has started.
Level: 13
Blinds: 1,600/3,200
Ante: 400
Right before the break Mads Oldvig got his last chips in holding . Kristo Gavazov looked him up with
and would end up victorious.
The flop did nothing for Oldvig, so the running spades (
and
) were of no help as well. Oldvig out, Gavazov up to almost 300,000.

Aage Eikeland is one of the chip leaders of the tournament, but he's nowhere to be seen.
He just played a hand where he won with kings, and then immediately left again. He has over 400,000 right now.
