In a blind versus blind situation, Danut Chisu limped from the small blind and then checked on the flop 6♦9♦8♥.

Alexandru Paraschiv, who checked his option preflop, then fired a first barrel to 600, a second one to 1,100 on the turn J♠, and a third one to 1,600 on the river 10♠.

Chisu check-called every time with J♣7♥ for a straight. However, Paraschiv had Q♦3♦ for a better straight hit on the river.
