Tam Ho opened to 65,000 on the button and saw Luc Bellerive three-bet to 225,000 from the small blind. Jonathan Marrie found a sweet spot to four-bet jam all-in for 541,000 and Ho folded. Bellerive took a moment before making the call.

Ho Takes Over the Chip Lead After Playing a Big One

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

With about 250,000 in the pot, on a board reading {9-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{3-Clubs}{k-Spades}{2-Spades}, Tam Ho led out for 225,000 from the small blind. Luc Bellerive was in the big blind and raised to 625,000. Ho came over the top and re-raised to 1,400,000.

Bellerive looked pained by the decision and Ho was on his feet. After several minutes, Bellerive began talking things out to himself. Eventually, he folded.

Ho raked in the pot and Stuart Taylor asked, "Did you fold a flush?" Bellerive nodded and Ho said "I only had a king!"

Ho now leads with more than half of the chips in play and Bellerive dropped into second. Taylor is still the short stack.
