Giguere Gets There

Level 33 : 2,500,000/5,000,000, 5,000,000 ante
Joel Giguere
Joel Giguere

Joel Giguere was under the gun with {k-Spades}{j-Clubs} and decided to move all-in for 95 million. Mike Leah was in the cutoff with {9-Spades}{9-Clubs} and had a decision to make. During this time, Daren Keyes asked how much the all-in was for. Leah politely reminded him he's not allowed to ask if the action is not on him at the time. "If you missed it when it was announced, then too bad" smiled Leah.

Eventually, Leah shoved all-in. Keyes had nine-seven off-suit in the big blind and still asked for counts, but folded soon after.

Giguere saw he was flipping and stood with his rail at the edge of the feature table.

The flop came {a-Spades}{j-Spades}{4-Hearts} and the rail erupted as Giguere paired his jack. The turn was the {k-Diamonds} to give him two pair and the rail yelled "One time!" as the {4-Diamonds} hit the river to lock up the double.
