A short-stacked Alain Pare moved all-in preflop, one seat over Norman Messier three-bet jammed all-in for more, and Ramsey Belmaaza called all-in for just less than Messier.

Twelve more players have booked their seat in Day 2 of the Quantum No Limit Hold em tournament. Today's flight drew 144 entries which brings the total entries so far to 305. Ramsey Belmaaza bagged the chip lead with 369,200 just about 30,000 off Day 1a's end-of-day leader [Removed:105] (399,100).
Day 2 will be Sept. 13th, but until then each of the players who cashed today can play one of the nine remaining starting flights. If they make Day 2 again, they forfeit their smaller stack and earn CAD $400 on top of the CAD $1,500 for the forfeited stack. Day 1b starts Saturday at 7 p.m. local time.
