In the last hand of Omaha Eight, Brian Rast took a pot off Rory Young with a set of aces versus two pair and Young then three-bet an open from Jason Gray from 4,000 to 9,500 in the first hand of No Limit Holdem. The next hand Young opened to 3,500 and got a caller in Rast to the flop.
Both players checked and Young check-called 5,000 on the turn. The on the river completed the board and Young checked again. Rast fired 11,000 and Young made the call with . The pair of deuces was good, as Rast was caught bluffing with .
The action went three way to the flop and Jason Gray, Rory Young and David Zhao all committed further 6,000 chips to the pot. After the on the river, the action checked to Zhao and he bet 11,000. Gray folded but Young eventually called to muck when shown by Zhao. "Well done. Nice hand," Young said.
Brian Rast opened under the gun to 3,800 and David Zhao three-bet next to act to 8,000. Rast made the call and checked the flop to Zhao who bet out 9,000.
Rast called before both players checked the on the turn as the completed the board on the river.
Rast led for 18,500, and after some consideration, Zhao folded his hand.
With two bets in until the river, Briat Rast checked to Rory Young and the latter bet 6,000. Rast called and then mucked when he was shown for the flush and a low.
Three players saw fourth street with Rory Young betting out and both David Zhao and Sam Khouiss calling. Fifth street saw Young fire again with only Khouiss calling as sixth street repeated the betting action.
