Louis Salter, Jack Salter's little brother, won a side event here in Amsterdam during the Master Classics of Poker last November for €46,919. He must have had good memories of this casino, but he isn't of to a great start so far here today.
Just now the cutoff opened and Salter three-bet to 1,200 from the small blind. Big blind Jonas ten Cates cold four-bet to 2,700 and just Salter made the call.
The flop came and Salter check-called a bet of again 2,700. Salter checked again on the turn and Ten Cate checked behind this time. The hit the river and Salter checked for the third time in a row. Ten Cate bet 5,250 and Salter called.
Ten Cate showed for the rivered top-pair, Salter mucked. "Nice to run like this" Ten Cate smiled to his table mates Jolmer Meelis and Pascal Vos.

Jonas ten Cate opened from middle position and small blind Pascal Vos added the needed chips to see a flop. Vos check called a bet of 550, and both of them checked the on the turn.
Vos checked again on the river and Ten Cate bet 1,025.
Vos tanked for a bit and smiled. Ten Cate couldn't keep his composure and smiled as well. The two of them obviously had played together before, making Ten Cate blurt out "Come on, I always have it here!" This made Vos suspicious and the Dutchman called, only to muck upon seeing Ten Cate's .

Muskan Sethi limped in and Dylan Gessel called after which Erik "Popie" van den Berg and Hosein Ensan stayed in the pot as well from the blind.

Action folded to MCOP side event winner Kees van Brugge in the cutoff and the Dutchman made it 350. Rumen Nanev on the button folded but the small blind called. Antoine Vranken in the big blind had two 100 chips out for his big blind and remarked "Only 150 more?" before calling. "Yeah, its not much" smiled Van Brugge.
The small blind and big blind checked to Van Brugge on . A continuation bet of 550 followed, the small blind called and so did Vranken in the big blind. "You too?" Van Brugge smiled as Vranken tossed in the necessary chips to call.
All three of them checked the turn and the hit the river. The small blind checked and big blind Vranken bet 2,000. Van Brugge made the call, and so did the small blind.
"Kicker trouble" Vranken said before showing . Van Brugge smiled and showed ; "Yeah kicker trouble". The small blind open mucked his and Van Brugge with the straight was pushed the pot.
"Maximum river" table mate Clyde Tjauw Foe said with a smile, and Van Brugge indeed wasn't complaining.
