Bryn Kenney has just been eliminated and he shared with us the details of the hand. A player in middle position raised to 2,000 and the button called after which Kenney shoved 35,000 from the small blind holding .
The player in the big blind woke up with and made the call, after which the other two players folded.
Kenney did not manage to hit one of his outs, and he's off to entertain himself in the city.
Cor Janssen opened to 3,000 from late position and action folded to big blind David Boyaciyan. While the former MCOP champion contemplated his move, Janssen remarked "Ik pik niet", which translates to "I don't steal."
Boyaciyan didn't believe Janssen and made it 8,400 to go. Janssen almost instantly four-bet to 23,000, and Boyaciyan shoved for a bit more, Janssen called.
David Boyaciyan:
Cor Janssen:
The board ran out and the tournament lost one of its champions. Janssen plays a pretty big stack now, he already won a hand before this one and now plays around 260,000.
The player under the gun opend for 2,200 and Kees van Brugge made the call in position. Joep van den Bijgaart on the button made the call, maybe with the short stacked small blind in mind who might be willing to push. The small blind folded though, giving the option to Jeffrey Brauwer in the big blind. The online wizard squeezed to 10,000 and the initial raiser folded. Kees van Brugge folded as well but Joep van den Bijgaart pushed all in. Brauwer made the call.
Brauwer had and Van den Bijgaart showed up with . Brauwer would find no help and hit the rail after the five community cards hit the board.
