Danchev Dusted

Level 5 : 150/300, 50 ante

After a turn of {9-Spades} {9-Clubs} {5-Diamonds} {A-Clubs}, Dimitar Danchev moved all in for 12,950 into a pot of what appeared to be 10,000 and Anar Seref Dursun tanked for a bit before making the call. Danchev needed a five or club in order to stay alive with {8-Clubs} {5-Clubs}, Dursun had that beat with {A-Spades} {3-Hearts}.

It was the {6-Spades} on the river that sent the 2013 PCA champion to the rail, though he headed straight to the registration and may re-enter shortly.

Kavrakov Raises the River

Level 5 : 150/300, 50 ante

Atanas Kavrakov raised to 725 from under the gun and was called by Roman Pavliuk as well as Miltiadis Kyriakides in the blinds. The Bulgarian fired a continuation bet of 1,200 on the {10-Spades} {8-Spades} {A-Diamonds} and both opponents check-called before the {3-Diamonds} turn caused no action.

Kyriakides bet the {2-Spades} river for 3,500 and Pavliuk reluctantly called, Kavrakov had other plans though and made it 9,500. Kyriakides shook his head in disgust and asked the dealer how much more it would be before releasing his cards. Pavliuk mucked rather quickly.

Franco vs Bittar

Level 5 : 150/300, 50 ante

Hassan Bittar defended his blind against Ivan Luca Franco's raise and check-called a bet of 1,400 on the {4-Diamonds} {5-Hearts} {Q-Spades}. Both players checked through the {2-Diamonds} on the turn and Bittar bet the {6-Hearts} river for 5,000. The Lebanese had exactly three T-5,000 chips behind and Franco opted for the fold.
