Yiannis Liperis Out in Bubble Pandemonium

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante
Bubble pandemonium
Bubble pandemonium

With the blinds just up to 4,000/8,000, several players had no time to wait anymore. All of the sudden, no less than 4 players were all in in the same hand over on 3 different tables.

1) Action folded to small blind Kacper Pyzara and he pushed all in to put the pressure on his sole opponent in the big blind. Silvio Walter called instantly with {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds} and Pyzara showed {A-Clubs}{7-Spades}. The board ran out {Q-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and Walter doubled his 102,000 stack.

2) Mark McGovern ({A-Clubs}{K-Clubs}) and Tomas Fara ({K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}) got it in before the flop for 45,000 each. The board ran out {5-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}{J-Spades} and Fara doubled up, leaving McGovern a bit short.

3) From early position, Joep van den Bijgaart raised to 18,000 and Kai Lehto shoved all in for 68,000. In the blinds Yiannis Liperis was already all in for his last 6,000 and Van den Bijgaart called to put both players at risk.

Joep van den Bijgaart: {2-Hearts}{2-Spades}
Kai Lehto: {K-Hearts}{K-Clubs}
Yiannis Liperis: {K-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}

The flop came {J-Spades}{Q-Spades}{J-Diamonds} and Lehto remained in the lead. The {2-Diamonds} on the turn shifted the advantage to Van den Bijgaart though. The {10-Hearts} on the river was a blank and Liperis bubbled the World Poker Tour Amsterdam Main Event while Kai Lehto, who started the hand with more chips at the same table, made his departure in 36th place for €6,200.

Pierre Neuville Eliminated

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante
Pierre Neuville
Pierre Neuville

Pierre Neuville was extremely short on the bubble, but fortunately for him he made it and was guaranteed his 100th cash of his poker carrier.

Just after the bubble had burst, he was eliminated anyway. His shove for just a couple big blinds was called by both Fernando Garcia as Maikel Muis. The side pot stayed empty as the two checked down the entire board of {5-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{3-Spades}.

Neuville had the {A-Diamonds}{7-Spades}. Garcia had {A-Spades}{9-Spades} but the side pot went to Muis with {4-Spades}{4-Diamonds}.

Fabian Chauriye Eliminated in 29th Place

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

Fabian Chauriye moved all-in for 77,000 over-the-top of a standard raise from Kacper Pyzara and a call from Senh Ung. Unfortunately for Chauriyf, both Pyzara and Ung called his all-in, and on a flop of {2-Clubs}{A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} Ung bet from the button for 100,000.

Pyzara open-folded {Q-Spades}{Q-Clubs} and was shown {A-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} by Ung. Chauriyf had {Q-Hearts}{J-Hearts} and he was up out of his seat by the {8-Spades} turn and walking by the time {9-Hearts} arrived on the river. He departed in 29th place.
