Brandejs Triples Up

Level 8 : 300/600, 75 ante

Jan Brandejs opened to 1,225 from UTG+1 and picked up three callers. The first was Robert Peltekci (next to act), then Sam El Sayed came along for the ride in the cutoff and Anton Komarov called on the button.

The quartet saw the dealer fan out the {8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} flop, a flop that Brandejs checked, Peltekci bet 3,600, El Sayed called and Komarov called! But that was not the end of the action because Brandejs then moved all-in for 11,750, Peltekci folded and El Sayed called! Still with us? Good! Komarov looked set to call but he eventually folded.

El Sayed:{A-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
Brandejs:{J-Spades}{J-Hearts}

El Sayed usually hits these combo draws for fun; but not today. The {7-Hearts} turn was followed by the {k-Hearts} river and Brandejs trebled up.
