Michael Greco raised to 10,000 from middle position and the small blind called. The flop was the {K-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} and both players checked. The turn was the {Q-Clubs} and both players checked again. The river was the {2-Diamonds}. The small blind bet 8,000, Greco raised to 28,000 and the small blind folded.

Brian Fitzpatrick Doubles Up

The UTG player raised to 15,000, Brian Fitzpatrick moved all in from the button for 17,000, and the UTG player called. Fitzpatrick showed 10-10, crushing his opponent's 9-9. The board came all blanks and Fitzpatrick dragged the pot.

Fitzpatrick was up to 74,500 after the hand.

Nick Cavacini Crippled, Then Eliminated

Mike Banducci raised to 12,000 from the button, Nick Cavacini re-raised to 62,000 from the small blind, Banducci moved all in for 106,000 and Cavacini called. Banducci turned over 10-10 and Cavacini tabled the {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}. The final board was {8-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}{J-Clubs}, and Banducci dragged the pot, increasing his stack to 239,500.

On the very next hand, Cavacini moved all in for his last 3,500 with {Q-Spades}{9-Clubs} and was called by an opponent holding pocket fours. The fours held and Cavacini was eliminated.

Monnette Penalized for Ripping Up the Queen of Hearts

John Monnette raised to 12,000, Justin Bonomo called from the small blind and the big blind called. The flop was the {A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{2-Spades}. Bonomo checked, the big blind checked, Monnette bet 22,500, Bonomo raised to 50,000, the big blind called, and Monnette moved all in for about 200,000 more. Bonomo called and the big blind called all in. Bonomo showed the {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}, the big blind held the {A-Spades}{3-Spades}, and Monnette had them both dominated with his {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}.

The turn was the {J-Hearts}, but the {Q-Hearts} spiked on the river, giving Bonomo two pair. Monnette reached over and tore up the river queen as the pot was pushed to Bonomo. He was penalized for the act and must sit out 27 hands.

After the hand, Bonomo was up to 470,500 and Monnette was left with 55,000.
