All-in Blind

There is craziness abound at J.C. Tran and John Racener's table. Both men as well as an unknown opponent just shoved all-in blind before the flop.

Tran: {2-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}
Racener: {J-Clubs}{7-Spades}
Unknown opponent: {3-Spades}{9-Spades}

Tran was ahead on the {A-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop, but his opponent hit a running two pair when the {3-Clubs} and the {9-Hearts} came on the turn and river.

When asked why they were playing so recklessly Racener replied, "We want to go golfing. That's where all the real money is gonna be made."

Racener was eliminated on the hand, but Tran had their opponent covered, so he remains in the tournament.

J.C. Tran Out

J.C. Tran and John Racener just left to go play golf. Tran had shoved four times in a row and this was the fifth time - they wanted out of this tournament badly. Tran had J-6 to his opponent's 4-4, and the opponent catches another 4 on the turn.

Juanda out

John Juanda
John Juanda
John Juanda moves all in for 2300 from the small blind after several limpers and is called by the cutoff.

The cutoff has {9-Clubs}{9-Spades} Juanda has {K-Spades}{Q-Spades} and we are off and racing.

The board reads {5-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{A-Clubs} and Juanda is done for the day. Well, at least until the $2500 H.O.R.S.E. event later this afternoon.

Fade To Black

In the small blind, director Kevin Smith moved in with the {A-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}. Bad timing--his opponent turned over {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}. Smith needed an Ace, and then, as if in a movie, an Ace hit on the flop! Thing is, Smith's movies usually don't follow the typical happy, Hollywood formula, and his final hand didn't either. A King also flopped to give his opponent a set, and that was The End to Smith's day.

Bam Bam Bill Gilow

Bill Gilow gets it all in with J-J versus A-K preflop and gets {9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{J-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} to knock his opponent down to 75 in chips. On the next hand, Gilow has {K-Hearts}{7-Hearts} to the same player's {Q-Hearts}{9-Hearts} and finishes him off like a matador. He has 13,875.
