Keep an Eye on the Violette

When you compare talent for winning in both high-stakes cash games and tournaments, there may be only two other women on that list, Jennifer Harman and Annie Duke. Violette has a bracelet in 2004 for Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo. She's at 25,000.

David Chiu Wins with Aces

David Chiu wins a pot early with A-A showing on fourth street. He's now at 23,000. Chiu is remembered as the first Tournament of Champions winner in 1999, back when it was held at the Orleans. He has four bracelets in 1996, 1998, 2000 and 2005. As Cyndy Violette plays both cash games and tournaments, so does Chiu. He can be seen in the top money games in the country and has consistently won in both arenas over time.
