Follow Along

David Levi moved all-in before the flop with {J-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and three other players called. The flop came {8-Hearts}{J-Spades}{2-Hearts}, giving Levi two pair, and the other three players all checked. The {2-Spades} on the turn set off a raising war between the other three players, who capped it before seeing the {4-Diamonds} on the river. This time the betting was only raised once and Paul Sherr showed {A-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{3-Spades} to win the low.

Another player showed {A-Spades}{J-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and thought he was scooping the high...only to find that he had to chop the main pot with Levi, who had the same full house. It took some time to properly divvy up the chips after that hand, but it left Sherr with 35,900 and Levi still alive in the tournament.

Linda Johnson Has Been Eliminated

One of the great ambassadors of the game, Linda Johnson, was just eliminated from today's event. Often called the "First Lady of Poker," Linda won a Razz bracelet back in 1997 and has been the floor announcer on the World Poker Tour for each of its six seasons. She's also one of four people to win the Brian Saltus Award, given to a poker personality who exhibits class, dignity and courage. The other winners of that award are Barry Greenstein, Maureen Feduniak and Robert Williamson III.

Linda ran into Brent Carter's monster hand (he had Aces for the high and A-3 for the low) and that hand brought Linda's day to an end.
