Gowen and Barbieri Eliminated on the Same Hand

Chips were flying in what would be a 4-way pot between Clonie Gowen, Men "The Master," Al Barbieri and an unknown player in the small blind.

Clonie made it 1,200 to go from under the gun and Men called, as did the small blind. Barbieri, who was sitting in the big blind, reraised all-in to 1,800; everyone called.

The flop came {4-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{3-Spades} and the small blind led out with a 600 bet. Clonie made it 1,200 to go and Men Nguyen folded. The small blind then reraised to 1,800 and Clonie called.

The turn brought the {K-Spades}. The small blind bet 1,200, which put Clonie all-in, and she made the call.

These were the players' hands:

Clonie: A-K
Barbieri: K-Q
Small blind: {8-Spades}{9-Spades}

Clonie had taken the lead in the hand on the turn, but when the {A-Spades} fell on the river, the small blind completed his flush draw and both Gowen and Barbieri were eliminated from the tournament.
