Hand #26 - Hevad 'Rain' Khan has the button in seat 9, Raymond Rahme raises from the small blind to 600,000, winning the blinds and antes. Rahme shows as he collects the pot.
Hand #25 - Jon Kalmar has the button in seat 8, Tuan Lam raises from the cutoff to 750,000, and Raymond Rahme calls from the big blind. The flop comes , Rahme bets 2 million, and Lam folds. Raymond Rahme takes the pot.
At the end of this level, a new chip denomination will be introduced. They look white but the color is called "almond." There has never been a chip worth 250,000 until this final table.
Hand #24 - Tuan Lam has the button in seat 6, Alex Kravchenko raises from middle position to 750,000, Jerry Yang reraises from the cutoff to 2.5 million, and Kravchenko folds. Yang takes the pot.
It was a tense moment. Jerry Yang's versus Lee Watkinson's . Lee Watkinson's fiancee was screaming and pleading for a seven. Yang's railbirds were hoping his hand would hold. The entire crowd in the Amazon Ballroom rose to its feet as the dealer burned and spread out the flop. Lee Watkinson's fiancee continued to plead for a 7 as the turn, then the river, were dealt. When Watkinson's hand did not improve, he slid off his hood and shook the hands of the rest of the players at the final table.
After Jerry Yang busted Lee Watkinson, he ran over to his family for another group hug. When he returned to the table, he shook Watkinson's hand and seemed almost apologetic. Watkinson leaned over and whispered something into Yang's ear and wished him luck.
Yang is up to over 55 million. He has already busted two players. Down to 7.
