Sabyl Cohen's Stack Halved

Over on the ESPN Feature Table, Sabyl Cohen opened the pot for 3,500, Team PokerNews' Gary Avery raised to 13,000 and Cohen called. The flop was {J-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. Cohen checked, Avery bet 24,000, Cohen raised all in and Avery called 24,200 more.

Cohen showed {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}, but Avery had her crushed with {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}. The turn was the {3-Diamonds}, the river was the {J-Spades}, and Avery doubled up.

Avery apparently has a talent for making balloon animals, and went to work constructing one for Cohen at the conclusion of the hand. He presented her with a heart with a little bear at it's center.

"I double you up, and this is all I get?" chuckled Cohen.

Her stack was down to 42,000 after the hand.
