It appears Harrah's made the right choice moving everyone indoors. It looks like a section of the structure's wall in the rear left corner either collapsed or separated from the other sections and is lying on the ground. Security and other staff were gathered around the section in question keeping everyone at a distance.

The wind is relentless. It's still blowing hard enough to instantly grab your attention. Poker players are used to playing in the tightly-controlled atmosphere of a casino or cardroom, and the scene inside the Pavilion was anything but. I think we're all happy to be inside.
