Alaei Cracks Rockets

Four limpers took a flop of {4-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Daniel Alaei led out from the big blind with a pot-sized bet of 200. A player in middle position made the call and the other two players stepped aside.

The turn brought the {K-Spades} and Alaei fired out 500, which was min-raised by his opponent to 1,000. Alaei made the call. The river landed the {2-Hearts} and Alaei bet enough to put his opponent all in. He quickly called and showed pocket rockets, but Alaei flipped {4-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for flopped trips which was good to collect the pot and eliminate his opponent.

Alaei is off to a good start with around 6,500 in chips.
