Eric Baldwin Eliminated

Eric Baldwin was eliminated after he moved all in against Jacobo Fernandez's raise on a flop of {J-Clubs} {5-Spades} {5-Hearts}. Fernandez called Baldwin's all-in and turned over K-J against Baldwin's pocket tens. Baldwin failed to improve and was eliminated.

Rayan Nathan Eliminates Kathy Woo and Jared Okun

Under the gun Kathy Woo moved all in for her last 126,000, and one seat over Jared Okun moved all in himself for 198,000. It was folded around to Rayan Nathan, who thought it over for a minute before committing the last of his chips as well.

Nathan had {A-Clubs} {K-Spades} to Woo's {Q-Spades} {J-Diamonds} and Okun's {Q-Clubs} {Q-Diamonds}. After the {10-Spades} {7-Clubs} {3-Diamonds} flop and the {6-Spades} on the turn it looked like Okun was about to triple up when the {K-Clubs} spiked on the river. They had to count down Okun's stack to verify that Nathan had him covered, but when all was said and done Woo and Okun were eliminated and Nathan scooped a huge pot that lifted his stack to around 550,000.

And Then There Were Two

We're down to just the final two tables here in the Amazon room, with play continuing until a final table of nine is reached. Play has been lightning fast for the last level, though as we try to reach the finalist it is unlikely that such fast-paced action will continue.

Anders Henriksson Doubles Up

Scott Seiver raised to 24,000 and Anders Henriksson moved all in for his last 118,000. Jon Van Fleet then popped it to 350,000 and Seiver got out of the way. Henriksson needed his {9-Clubs} {9-Diamonds} to hold on against Van Fleet's {A-Clubs} {Q-Clubs} and the did just that as the board ran out {7-Diamonds} {10-Spades} {2-Spades} {5-Hearts} {7-Hearts} . Henriksson doubled to 270,000.

Eli Elezra Has Been Eliminated

Eli Elezra

Under the gun Michael Mizrachi raised to 25,000 and Eli Elezra reraised to 65,000. Rajesh Vohra then raised to 165,000 and Mizrachi folded. "Can't win with aces, and then I run into aces," Elezra said before making the call for the last of his chips.

And that's when Elezra found that, indeed, his {K-Spades} {K-Clubs} had run into Vohra's {A-Diamonds} {A-Clubs}. The board brought Eli no help and his night came to an end.

Nice Call

With the board reading {9-Spades} {2-Clubs} {3-Diamonds} {2-Spades} {Q-Diamonds} Michael Mizrachi checked and Quoc Vu made a 60,000 bet. Mizrachi called with the ace high ({A-Clubs} {4-Diamonds} to be specific) to beat Vu's {J-Hearts} {10-Spades}.

Scott Seiver Takes Another Big Pot

On the button Scott Seiver raised to 23,000 and Eric Baldwin called in the big blind. Both players checked the {K-Spades} {5-Clubs} {5-Hearts} flop and when the {4-Diamonds} turned Seiver called Baldwin's 31,000 bet. The {Q-Diamonds} fell on the river, Baldwin bet 70,000, and Seiver called.

"Seven-high," Baldwin said, and Seiver turned over {Q-Spades} {4-Hearts} to take the pot. Our chip leader now has 1,300,000.
