Ali Tabatabai just took a good-sized pot from Barry Greenstein. Tabatabai raised third street after Barry completed, but the rest of the hand saw Greenstein betting and Tabatabai calling the whole way. At showdown, the men tabled:
Tabatabai:
Greenstein:
After the hand, Tabatabai climbs to approximately 46,000 chips while Greenstein slips to roughly 38,000.
With fewer tables in play, and prize money going up with every broken table, the play has slown down a bit. A vast majority of hands are not going to showdown and most pots are being won with a bet on 4th or 5th streets.
