As though he has suddenly woken up and realized where he is, Watkinson makes it 45,000 UTG. It's enough to take down the blinds without a struggle.

Cheung button-raises it up to 39,000. Greer takes his time, but folds the small blind. Big blind Watkinson, however, reraises the pot -- another 86,000. Cheung folds swiftly.

Watkinson makes it 55,000 from the button -- and small blind Kitai, now also the table short stack, unexpectedly moves all in for a total of 181,000.

After a brief pause for thought, Watkinson lays it down, flashing an ace in the process. An assortment of French and/or Belgian pro-Kitai railers shout something incomprehensible but appreciative.
