Thomas Fuller Eliminated

Thomas Fuller
Thomas Fuller
Thomas Fuller raised the pot preflop with {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} for 10,500, Dan Quinn repopped the pot with {J-Spades}{10-Spades}, and Fuller called all in.

Although Fuller hit a {Q-Clubs}{A-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop smack in the face, the {K-Hearts} turn gave his opponent the straight, whilst the {5-Clubs} river failed to fill him up.

Quinn rises to 53,000.

Pab Busts George; Lawson Busts Other George

A very short-stacked Anthony Geoge raised the pot with A-10, to find a slightly less short-stacked Paul "Pab" Foltyn going all in for not much more. George called all in, and was in hot water against Pab's A-J.

Board: an unsurprising Q-3-9-2-3, sending George hurtling to the rail.

-------

Another George to fall prey to an Englishman is George Shahrezay. Trevor Lawson raised to 10,000, and the micro-stacked Shahrezay called all in.

Shahrezay: {A-Spades} {6-Spades}
Lawson: {6-Spades} {6-Clubs}

Board: 7-J-Q-5-8

With absolutely no aces and not enough spades in evidence on the board, Shahrezay is OUT.

Tough Line-up on Table 56

Shaniac
Shaniac
There will be a few players glad to have avoided this table, the line-up tougher than a two-dollar steak:

Seat 1: Benjamin Zamani -- 60,000
Seat 2: Ben Roberts -- 85,000
Seat 3: Clonie Gowen -- 68,000
Seat 4: Eugene Todd -- 62,000
Seat 5: Dan Quinn -- 48,000
Seat 6: Neil Channing -- 19,000
Seat 7: Chris Bell -- 86,000
Seat 8: Keith Lehr -- 78,000
Seat 9: Shane Schleger -- 145,000

King Lehr

Keith Lehr raised from the button to 10,000, Shane Schleger made it 24,000 from the small blind, Lehr pushed all in for around 70,000 total, and Schleger called.

Schleger had tens, Lehr jacks. The latter held up on a rainbow K-Q-5-5-9 board.

Schleger -- 76,000
Lehr -- 148,000

Two More Down

Marco Traniello during happier times
Marco Traniello during happier times
Jennifer Harman's other half, Marco Traniello, has been eliminated from today's event. Sevens into tens.

David Chicotsky has also hit the deck. Fives into eights.

Better hands holding up at the moment.
