Mahmood Chip Leader

Ayaz Mahmood is our current chip leader after winning two enormous hands in quick succession.

He check-raised and then called his opponent all in on the {Q-Hearts} {5-Hearts} {5-Clubs} flop. The opponent held {K-Hearts} {Q-Diamonds}, but he was drawing thin against Mahmood's {Q-Spades} {Q-Clubs}. Duly the {7-Clubs} turn and {3-Diamonds} river did nothing for him, and Mahmood was up to 55,000.

Then, just a few hands later, Mahmood and his newly acquired pile of chips tangled with another big stack. The board read {2-Spades} {3-Spades} {10-Clubs} {4-Spades} {A-Clubs} and Mahmood flipped over {6-Spades} {8-Spades} for the flush. His opponent said he had two pair, but mucked. Mahmood now on an enormous 100,000, the average stack around 25,000.
