Eric Crain Chipping Up

On the river, with the board {3-Spades} {K-Spades} {10-Spades} {8-Clubs} {10-Diamonds} , Eric Crain moved all in and his opponent went into the tank. After thinking for several minutes, his opponent called and Crain wasted no time flipping over {J-Spades} {10-Hearts} for a set of tens. His opponent mucked.

After the hands, Crain is up to 155,000.

Micon Busted

On a flop of {J-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}, Bryan Micon check-raised the 4,000 bet of his opponent for the last of his chips but found himself called. Micon flipped over {Q-Spades}{4-Hearts} for top pair but was out-kicked by the {Q-Hearts}{K-Diamonds} of his opponent.

The {9-Spades} on the turn and {5-Hearts} on the river were enough to end the day for Micon.

Break

The players are now racing off the green 50-denomination chips and will then take a 20-minute break.

Gerasimov Triples

Kirill Gerasimov moved all in from early position with Vadim Trincher flat-calling on the button and the small blind also making the call.

The flop came {10-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{9-Spades} and the small blind checked to Trincher who bet out 8,500. The small blind made the call.

The turn was the {7-Spades} and again the small blind checked and Trincher fired another bullet worth 8,500. The small blind called.

The river was the {3-Spades} and Trincher moved all in. Once again the small blind called, and with his tournament life on the line he was forced to muck when Trincher showed {K-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} for just second pair.

For the main pot, Gerasimov showed {8-Clubs}{6-Clubs} for a straight to triple up to over 15,000 chips.
