Alan Cutler Doubles

Alan Cutler had the last of his chips in the middle preflop with {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs} to be in a great position against the {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} of his opponent.

The board ran out {J-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{3-Spades} and Cutler doubled up just before the break to 140,000.

Alexandre Gomes Wins Multi-Way All-in

In a big three-way pot Gerald Watterson opened with a bet to 8,500 from under the gun before Alexandre Gomes reraised all in. Paulus Valkenburg overcalled for his tournament life, and Watterson also made the call.

Watterson: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Gomes: {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}
Valkenburg: {J-Clubs}{J-Spades}

The board landed {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{K-Spades}{9-Spades} to give Gomes a full house to cripple Watterson and eliminate Valkenburg from the tournament.

Nhut Tran's Sick Call

On a board of {8-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Spades} Edward Sabat had moved all of his chips into the middle. It was 37,000 to call and his opponent, Nhut Tran, went into the tank before saying, "I know you have king-queen, I call."

Amazingly his incredible read was correct as Sabat sheepishly revealed {K-?}{Q-?}. Tran showed {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades} and eliminated Sabat holding just ace high with a world-class read.
