That's a Rapp

Stefan Rapp couldn't dodge the bad luck all day
Stefan Rapp couldn't dodge the bad luck all day
Stefan Rapp raised from the button and Duane Graff Jr. reraised from the small blind. Matt Graham got out of the way in the big blind and Rapp put the remaining few thousand he had in the middle. It wasn't looking good for Rapp when the cards were turned over.

Rapp: {K-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds}
Graff Jr.: {8-Clubs} {8-Spades}

The flop came {10-Diamonds} {9-Hearts} {3-Spades}. The turn was the {4-Diamonds}, which gave Rapp some more outs with a flush draw. If he didn't hit, he would be felted.

The river was the {4-Hearts} and sealed the deal for Graff Jr.

Graham and Graff Jr. will be heads up. Graham has the chip lead with 238,000 chips. Graff Jr. has 32,000.

Matt Graham Takes Huge Chip Lead on His Table

The betting between Matt Graham and Duane Graff was capped preflop.

On a flop of {6-Clubs} {4-Spades} {2-Hearts}, Graff checked, Graham bet and Graff called.
The same action occurred on the turn of the {6-Hearts}.

When the river of the {3-Clubs} fell, both players checked.

Graham showed {10-Diamonds} {10-Spades} for tens up and Graff mucked.

Graham now sits with 240,000 chips.

Rapp Doubles

Matt Graham raised from the small blind and Stefan Rapp called from the big blind. The flop came down {8-Hearts} {7-Clubs} {4-Clubs}. Graham and Rapp raised back and forth in order to get all of Rapp's chips in the middle.

Rapp: {8-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds}
Graham: {A-Spades} {K-Spades}

Rapp was rooting for his hand to hold up one time while Graham was rooting for an ace or a king to come.

The turn came the {2-Clubs} and Rapp stood up to watch the last card.

The river was the {5-Spades}, giving Rapp a straight and the win, allowing him to double up. He pumped his fist and looked happy that a hand finally held for him.

Rivkin Eliminated the Wong Way

Brandon Wong finally was able to take care of Eric Rivkin. He needed to win a race to do it though.

Wong had the slight lead at the beginning with his {4-Diamonds} {4-Spades} to Rivkin's {A-Spades} {K-Clubs}.

The flop pretty much sealed it for Wong, when it came {6-Spades} {5-Hearts} {4-Hearts}. The turn came a {7-Spades} and did give Rivkin some chop outs. The river wasn't any help when it came the {J-Clubs} to send Rivkin home.

Brandon Wong will be making an appearance later at the final table.
