Lawrence's sevens up were good enough to send Guarin packing.
Now only two players remain at table 5. Lawrence has 145,000 in chips and Mikael Norinder has 155,000. With the betting limits only 5,000 and 10,000, this table could take a while.

The mood isn't the best over on table 8. Matt Graham is upset due to the fact that several of his hands have been sucked out on and Stefan Rapp is frustrated that Duane Graff has been catching a few hands to get his stack to over 110,000.
Rapp sits with 160,000 and Graham still has 30,000.

It's not even that late here at the Rio, but the the slowness of the play must be getting to players. The tables can be found cluttered with empty energy drink cans and cups of soda.
The lack of excitement can be seen if you look at every player's face. Even the shuffling of chips has slowed down.

Because of where the tables are stationed right next to the "No Limit Lounge", spectators are passing back and forth between the remaining tables of the shootout event. Some of the players seem a little upset and uneasy that this is happening, but not much has been done. People just keep finding new ways to travel between the tables and distract the players.
