In a game of Omaha-8, Gus Hansen made a bet on the river against Eli Elezra. Elezra folded and Tom "durrrr" Dwan said he'd give Gus $100 if he could see a card. Gus said it would have to be $120 and Dwan happily paid to see it.
It was a razz hand that did William McMahan in, his chips now ensconced in the stack of Lee Watkinson. McMahan will take home $16,142 for his troubles.
With McMahan's elimination, the clock has been paused while the 16 remaining players consolidate to two tables.
David Oppenheim spent the latter part of his 20-minute break pumping himself up by pacing around the tournament area while jamming to "Ready or Not," a 1996 chart-topper performed by The Fugees.
